FYI in case anyone comes across this post, reinstall worked using the USB installer and Cardinal uninstaller located in a previous post of mine

Re: Rides show up in memory, but can't download
Thanks Tom! I am up to date on mac software. And I'm extremely frustrated with the garmin ant agent. It seems to be very temperamental! I know it's not the iBike - it's this communication software. Looking forward to hearing from Travis. In the meantime, I'm uninstalling the USB drivers and reinstal...

Re: Rides show up in memory, but can't download
thanks John. Checked again today and same issue. By the way, I've also learned that iBike does not want to work on my Mac when a Garmin Ant Stick is ALSO plugged in. The computer freezes every other time, and for the other half, it doesn't want to recognize the iBike. Don't know if other users have ...

Rides show up in memory, but can't download
Hi! I seem to have a number of issues connecting my iBike. I often have to restart my computer for it to pick it up. When it does connect, it shows that the iBike memory is 40% full, but there are no rides to download (list is empty). Any idea why this is? It's frustrating as I can't download any of...

Re: iBike Software Won't download profiles / rides
Thanks John. I definitely found that and tried everything in it. Nothing worked. The strange thing is that I do not have a National Instruments folder in my Library/Application Support - it makes me think it did not install correctly if I can't find the files to uninstall. Aaron Timmer sent me an un...

Re: iBike Software Won't download profiles / rides
ugggh, i'm using 10.6.X (most recent snow leopard).
Don't know much about unix. You can't navigate to all those folders via finder? nice thing is, I can at least transfer on my work PC and email files back and forth for the time being, but still a pain.

iBike Software Won't download profiles / rides
I'm a bit confused at the moment. When I go to the device, download ride data, it shows the iBike is 16% full. however, it will not download any ride data. It will also not recognize any profiles from my iBike when i go to edit profiles and then say extract from iBike (i get an error communicating w...

Re: Wireless Scan Not Reading Anything
the battery voltage is 280 or so off the mount, 281 on the mount. with the new battery in the mount, it goes up to 285. i read something about the wattage going up on the mount, but i couldn't find how much. since i bought this from a friend's tri club who is partnered with velocomp, they're going t...

Re: Wireless Scan Not Reading Anything
tried that. did not work. it does not even find the HR monitor. is it required to find the SPD/Cadence first? doesn't seem like that would be the case, but curious.

Re: Wireless Scan Not Reading Anything

Also have new batteries and tried that out in the wireless mount. Still does not pick up the HR monitor HR monitor is never picked up. None of the s...

Wireless Scan Not Reading Anything
Hi. Just got the iAero Gen III. I'm trying to use it with the ibike wireless sensors. No question, the HR monitor should work without worrying about installing the speed/cadence sensors correctly. However, it does not. When I do the scan, it doesn't find anything. The head unit is installed on my bi...
