Re: Will iBike work with this Garmin Sensor

The sensors are ANT+ so they should be compatible with Newton.

Never had an issue with ANT+ from other brands. I have right now a Garmin ANT+ Heart Rate Strap

Why I love my newton

I have been cycling a lot less lately with other priorities in my life. But when on the bike I always have my newton, even for commute rides to to get some bread. This week-end I did a 3 day bike ride in the Ardèche 240km and 4500m climb (150miles, 15,000ft climb) add a few to get to the start from ...

Re: PowerStroke with Rotor RS4X cranks

I don't have the rotor but a recumbent trike. I recently got the powerstroke and it does show results as it would for a regular bike. Since the crank sits in the front of a long boom where there can be quiet some flex. The results are still very interesting and the same strenght/weakness does appear...

Annoying Newton defaults to English measures

It is probably not an issue for you American rides but for us Europeans this is rather annoying. Yesterday I did take the newton of my wife changed to profile 4 (uploaded my profile) and I though I was read to go. Well no when I did look at the setup all measures are in lbs, ft. Back to the PC to fi...

I just got back from a non biking holiday and both Newton batteries had been drained to the point where the computer would not start up.

Should the Ibike be used/recharged once a week ?

I have used the toothbrush trick and now the belt seems to be working just fine again.

Thanks for your suggestions
