Scroll with the up arrow until you find the "Eras Data" screen. Click center button. "no" flashes. Click up arrow so "yes" flashes. Click center button to erase data.

Re: Ignorance is Bliss
Your wind sensor is not functioning properly. It is under-reporting wind. This is the cause of your low watts.

Re: PP Loses all profiles after not charging for 3 months
At this point I'm done. Been a PP user since the beginning but this just doesn't work have reset it now three times, no previous profiles found when looking via Isaac, and when I set a new profile for a better but not best accuracy hoping to be able to go out and ride, I press the button, spin ever...

Isaac will continue to be available; what's different is that we won't be updating it if OS changes are required.
We will continue to add features to VA. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Re: Pre buy questions
1). AeroPod compares applied force measurements from your standard direct force power meter (crank/pedal) to opposing force measurements made by AeroPod electronics. From this comparison the CdA number is computed in real time 2) Yes, you need a conventional direct force power meter (DFPM) 3) PowerP...

Re: PP Loses all profiles after not charging for 3 months
Previous rides? Even from 3 months ago. there could be another source to recover PP profiles. Old ride files might also have the profile, if nothing else changed on the bike/rider. Or am I mistaken? The first choice would be the PP NVRAM, then a fall back would be old ride files. NVRAM will not nec...

Re: PP Loses all profiles after not charging for 3 months
Yes, profiles are stored in NVRAM.
Do a hard reset of your unit (press-hold button for 12 seconds, until light goes out briefly and then resumes flashing, then let go of button).
Try searching for your profiles afterwards; they should be there.

Isaac problem in Mac/Sequoia
If you've upgraded to macOS Sequoia, there is an inconvenient problem in Isaac/Mac. When you click on the Download folder: Screenshot 2024 .png You'll see that all of your ride files are greyed-out; that is, you can't open them by clicking on them. Screenshot 2024-.png This is a Sequoia problem both...

Re: Calibration support against DFPM
In looking at your ride file I see that you had, one time only, a 4 second interval where your DFPM power was a bit higher than your PP power. Two points: 1) Assessing cycling performance (or power meter performance) on the basis of a single 4-second burst of power is not terribly meaningful 2) At e...

Re: Calibration support against DFPM
Your ride file shows that your average wind speed is a bit higher than your average bike speed. Screenshot 2024-10-02.png This would cause PP watts to be slightly higher 4.png The way to fix this is to manually adjust the wind scaling factor in VA, such that wind speed equals bike speed. A wind scal...

Re: Working with Velocomp Aero - some fundamental questions
CSV export works perfectly. Thank you for the quick implementation. I worked a bit on my own code to analyse the data and although I am sure yours is well thought-out, I feel more comfortable knowing how the data is processed. As expected, the absolute CdA you get is highly depending on the wind sc...

I am missing the elephant in the room!. I have VC Aero 0.4 and I have the sampling rate for PowerStroke, however I can not find where the PowerStroke is. Re: Pairing BT-Only HRM to PowerPod w/ANT+ Spd & Cad Paired
PP works with ANT+ sensors only, so you can't pair your BLE HR strap to PowerPod. HOWEVER...you are recording your HR signal in your Garmin. After completing your ride, extract the .FIT file from your Garmin using Garmin Connect. Export your .FIT file from Garmin connect as a .gpx file. In Isaac, wi...
