Hi, I took a break of around 4-5 weeks from cycling. Now when I plug charging cable to Powerpod, red light is not displayed. I thought that unit would be fully charged and went ahead with ride. If your average power over 20 minutes is 248 then your FTP is 95% of that, by common convention, or 236. Hi John/Team,

Just wanted to check if FTP is 95% of 248 or 228. What my Garmin shows as power for 20 min interval is 248 and I think isaac is also showing 20 min power around same number(245-248). Am i viewing it differently?

FTP test and power numbers

Hi, I have recently calibrated by power pod and did 20 min FTP test. Surprisingly, the power numbers seems to be on higher side as I know some riders with same FTP much faster than me.
