6ft4 or thereabouts, relatively short legs, big shoulders, big head. I tend to go for a fairly low position on the bike as I ride a lot so have built up the flexibility.
I'm guessing an out and back is probably the best way to do it?

Yep, magnetless sensor already on the front hub - I'll have a look at what I'm getting on the Garmin and go from there.

Here's the .fit file from the garmin, which has the power readings that it received from the Newton. It's worth mentioning that the speed/distance readings in the garmin might be a bit off as this was the first time I used it with the speed sensor and I think it might have been a bit off for the fir...

Hi Did my first powerpod ride this morning into work, I set up my profile on Isaac first, but something about the speed/distance seems to have gone rather wrong - it's showing very high speeds and power outputs, which I don't think I can take credit for!
