Powerpod broken
On February 17th I sent a defective powerpod to the suport center. On February 19th I sent an email with attached the purchase invoice (which I forgot to include in the package). On March 3 I sent another email requesting confirmation about the receipt of the package and the invoice (which I attache...

Won't charge
Hello! I have a Powerpod since April 13 2016. It worked correctly until a week ago. Now it is impossible to charge it or connect it to a PC. Tested with different USB cables, PCs, Powerbanks, .... The unit does not respond. I have sent an email to technicalsupport@velocomp.com (2017, January, 4). To...

Re: Power greater than 100w without pedaling
Yesterday I injured my right ankle, but I couldn't wait, and did a little tour today (very sort, very soft) to test the PP. Well, with te cadence sensor paired: cadence = 0 --> power = 0.

Re: Power greater than 100w without pedaling
I managed to pair with a Garmin cadence sensor. It took several tries before i finally got it to work. Attempt #1: PP already has a known profile saved in Profile #1. I woke up the Garmin speed sensor and cadence sensor and then I pressed and hold the PP button for 4 seconds to enable pairing mode....

Re: Power greater than 100w without pedaling
And, the next values, are normal?
From the Isaac manual: "your Crr should be around 0.004, but your profile’s Crr is .0060 (too
high)"
And mine is 0,00539, but I can't change it in the Advanced Settings (is grayed)

Re: Power greater than 100w without pedaling
I don't know if it would make any difference but your cadence sensor is not paired with PowerPod. Perhaps if you are able to pair a cadence sensor with PP, it will only show 0 watt when you're not pedaling. As you can see, the carmín cadence sensor is funtioning ok, but powerpod its not pairing wit...

Power greater than 100w without pedaling
Hello! I have calibrated the powerpod, then I began a ride. My team: Garmin Edge 1000 with speed sensor in the fron hub, and cadence sensor. When I stop pedaling in flat terrain, the wattage is set to 0. But on descents, whitout pedaling, I get power values than even exceed 100 watts, only occasiona...
