Do you have two distinct speed sensors--one on each bike? From what I understand the profile is tied to the unique speed sensor for each bike.

Unfortunately, as of this morning, my PP no longer talks to the computer. Pressing the button and holding it for 10 seconds to force a factory reset does not help. Two different cables--when I plug the PP in, no lights activate on the unit. The Isaac software can't connect either. If I hit the button on the PP, the green light flashes for a bit, but then turns off.

Any ideas?

Probably obvious to others, but I just discovered the beauty of "scaling" in the ISAAC software. By default it was set to 3 seconds, which is why the power graph was looking like an almost random set of spikes. Setting it to :30 seconds and things look much, much nicer.
