PPv3 CdA upgrade setup

I have recently purchased the CdA & DFPM upgrade for my PPv3. After installing the key and following the instructions (AeroPod) I don’t have a profile 4. I also was not able to see CdA, Wind Speed etc on the Garmin. Have I been doing the right setup?

Re: iBike Newton Crashed on Paterberg

Hi John, Happened again to yesterday this time during Liege-Bastogne-Liege Challenge. Not on particularly rough ground this time. Knowing what the issue was, I was able to a hardware reset and get it working for the remainder of the ride. Not sure if it's worth sending the file to you again. Maybe t...

Re: iBike Newton Crashed on Paterberg

John,
Yes, the screen froze in the middle of the ride (on the nasty cobbles of the Paterberg) as shown.

The reboot worked fine, unit is operating normally.

iBike Newton Crashed on Paterberg

I was riding the "Tour of Flander" sportive on the weekend and my iBike crashed due to the vibrations of the cobbles .

The iBike required a reset to get it going again.

iBike TransAlp MTB

I have just returned from the MTB TransAlp race. I used the ibike (wireless) with quite good success on my Specialized Epic dual suspension bike. Power numbers were consistent during the climbs which is what I was after. It nearly didn't get a run at all as the lower section of the stem mount was br...

Re: Where are profiles stored?

Travis, This might be very obvious, but I'm not near my mac at the moment to check. Whilst things are behaving can we store a copy of the profiles somewhere else for safe keeping? Peter

Dusty conditions

I am keen to use my ibike on my MTB for hill interval training off road. The surface is not too rough (graded road) and the going is very slow (20 degree plus slope) but it is dusty. Are the dusty conditions going damage the ibike?

Stem Mounts

Hopefully a quick question. My stem is no where near horizontal (~30 degrees), is that going to preclude me from using a stem mount? Will it be a compromise?

Thanks in advance,

Peter
