Re: Isaac not finding correct GPS data file
Hi Travis, I tried again this morning after seeing your reply about 5:45am - iphone said the GPS data went up ok, but still didn't find the file. Went out for a ride at 6:13, and before uploading todays into Isaac, I logged out of Newton Tracker and then logged back in again. Todays GPS data had 'su...

Isaac not finding correct GPS data file
Hi, I had a ride Wednesday 1/1/2014 which started at 6:08am. I have the GPSfile on my iphone and have uploaded it several times to the web site, as at some stage the site was not responding. As we stopped for a drink I also have the second GPS file with a time of 7:34am. Both files have uploaded wit...

Re: Merging Newton Tracker to a truncated file
File is definitely up there, (got it up before I realised the state of the iphone battery!) and when I deleted the last section of the ride I actually chopped off a fraction more than I should have,
so there shouldn't be any reference to the 'home' leg in the file.

Merging Newton Tracker to a truncated file
Has anyone had an issue when they have removed a section of the file to match the Newton Tracker file? I forgot to charge my iphone, so had minimal left for the last 12kms of my ride which was after a coffee stop, thus didn't record this section on my iphone. I removed this bit from the file, but it...

Re: It's here: GPS for your Newton!
I find the new GPS feature works really well when out on the road, however not so impressed if using the bike on the rollers. When I download the ride to Isaac software it automatically searches for a GPS file, it doesn't find one to match the current date and time, so it grabs the one from my last...

Re: IBike Gen III Mounting
I managed to get some silicone lubricant today and used it this evening when downloading my ride. Its a definite improvement when removing the Gen III unit, so my hand might last a little longer It even connected first time to down load the ride - Thanks guys for your suggestions.

Re: IBike Gen III Mounting
Have to agree with Bill - sounds like he is having similar problems to me, but will try and get some lubricant - hopefully they have something similar here in Perth. The Gen III has been on and off the USB mount at least daily since Tuesday, plus a few other attempts, but my hand is going to give ou...

Re: IBike Gen III Mounting
I agree the Gen III iAero fits nice and snug (but not too tight) on the wireless adaptor on the bike, but has anyone had any problems with the USB connection? I was unable to get it to connect when I first received it on Tuesday this week - I'd installed the new version of the Software previously an...

Did you also re-install the drivers - the second file called CP210x......... as it sounds as though its not recognising the com port when trying to connect the device?

Re: Crazy Power Reading
Back up and running thanks to John's help and very impressed with level of service.
Appears my iAero crept out of the factory without some important calibration being completed.

Re: Crazy Power Reading
I have also had some bizarre power readings. In fact, since upgrading to the iAero I am not happy with the readings, and can't get any decent profiles on my TT bike or normal road bike. In fact last Wednesday afternoon while going downhill I had very high power readings and all I was doing was pedal...

Re: iAero and Trainer mode
I have just upgraded to the iAero and previously had the trainer mode. The iAero will have a new serial number, so simply email Velocomp with the new serial number and they will re-issue an unlock key for the trainer.

Re: Keep Losing the CPX Port
Have you installed the latest version of the Firmware? I was having trouble losing the port - didn't need to do a re-boot, just shut down iBike and it would usually find it again,(frustrating though!) but since installing the last firmware version its been quite stable. I did actually re-install the...
